On Friday 18th February, as part of the Oxford German Olympiad, LIV (Year 7) made a map of the River Rhine and its surrounding countries in German.
'We learnt about the cities next to the river and the issues regarding the pollution of it in 1986. Also, we learnt some history about the castles and the surroundings of the Rhine.
In addition, we developed our art skills in tracing the map and using pencils and collage to make our maps. This was an exciting part of Donaldson Week and I hope we do it again soon.'
