St Mary's Calne
On Thursday evening, we hosted a 150th Anniversary Party in the beautiful surroundings of the Cherwell Boathouse in Oxford. Guests were invited to punt before enjoying drinks and canapés while overlooking the beautiful Cherwell River.
Current and past parents, alumnae, former staff and governors enjoyed a lovely evening catching up on news and learning more about the 150th celebrations and the Chrysalis Campaign. Mr Michael Smyth, Acting Head, and Mrs Cate Bell, Chair of CFT, spoke and encouraged all the guests to join the 150 Society as well as reminding everyone of the Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving at Salisbury Cathedral on Wednesday 11th October, which will be a whole community event and will truly celebrate St Mary's Calne and it's history.
