The Drama Department is thrilled to announce the outstanding results achieved by our students in their recent LAMDA examination.

With the majority of pupils achieving 90% or above, these wonderful results are a clear reflection of both the girls’ dedication to their acting, musical theatre, and public speaking work, as well as the efforts of their teachers: Mrs Cochran-Patrick, Mrs Gray and Mrs Underwood.

LAMDA remains an immensely popular and rewarding extra-curricular subject at St Mary’s, with the higher grades earning pupils UCAS points and enriching every learner with not only academic benefits, but also with performance and communication skills as well as essential life skills that are easily transferable to various aspects of their lives.
