On Tuesday, St Mary's transformed into a Christmas wonderland, brimming with Santa hats, bright and cheerful jumpers, cozy onesies, reindeer antlers, glittering tinsel, and even a pair of jolly elves and a sparkling Christmas tree! The annual Christmas Jumper Day brought festive joy to the school, all in support of Save the Children—what a merry way to end the term!
While we're still tallying up the funds raised, it's clear the spirit of giving was in full swing! Save the Children is an incredible charity that brings hope and life-saving essentials like food, water, shelter, and education to children in need around the world. In the UK, they help families access vital support and ensure the most vulnerable stay warm and fed during difficult times.
A huge thank you for your generosity and Christmas cheer! We’ll share the final total at the start of term. If you’d like to know more about the charity’s work, please visit: https://www.savethechildren.org.uk/what-we-do#food
