The St Mary’s cross-country teams delivered an impressive performance in the recent area competition, with several pupils achieving notable finishes and qualifications for the county rounds.

Minor Girls Results
Qualified for County Rounds:
Charlotte P – 3rd
Lavinia – 4th
Sophia – 11th
Other Finishes:
19th, 23rd, 24th, 26th, 29th, 37th, 41st, 45th

In a highly competitive field of 71 runners, the LIV team showcased exceptional teamwork, securing 2nd place overall in the team standings. The top 12 individual runners advance to the county round in January.

Junior Girls Results
Qualified for County Rounds:
Octavia SP – 3rd
Other Finishes:
14th, 15th, 19th, 26th, 30th

The MIV & UIV teams also earned an impressive 2nd place overall, with Octavia leading the way by qualifying for the county round.

Intermediate Girls Results
Qualified for County Rounds:
Florrie M – 5th
Eve B – 6th
Other Finishes:
14th, 16th

The LV & UV teams capped off the day with strong performances, including two runners securing places in the county round.
