The St Mary's Equestrian girls had a busy Half Term competing at the NSEA Arena Eventing Champtionships as well as BE100 Events and Area Showjumping.

On Thursday 21st May, a group of LVI went to Bristol Hippodrome to watch the highly acclaimed production of Hamilton as an end of term treat.

To celebrate the 'delicious' music in the many adaptations of Roald Dahl’s fabulous storytelling, we invited young singers from a range of schools to join us to rehearse and perform three songs form Wonka and Matilda as part of our special Musical Theatre Day.

On Monday 3rd of June, the LVI English students embarked on a Hamlet study day to Stratford-Upon-Avon for a workshop with the Royal Shakespeare Company and to explore Shakespeare’s life and legacy.

At the beginning of the Half Term break, three teams of Gold DofE students headed for the wilds of Dartmoor for their Practice Expedition.

On Tuesday 20th May, Dawn Riley and Mike Wright, Tennis Coaches from the St Mary's Calne Tennis Academy, had the great pleasure of visiting Hilmarton Primary School during their Sports Festival Week.

Last Sunday, we were delighted to invite our 150 Society members to join us for lunch at Calne, ahead of our biennial Spring Garden Party.

LVI have recently taken part in two workshops to help them with their upcoming UCAS applications.

Last Friday, eight of the Young Enterprise Company members went to Bude to represent Beeco in the South West Regional Final after winning the Wiltshire County Final.

We were delighted to see Milly and Lottie (UVI) join with 2023 Leavers, Tessa and Phoebe, as guests of honour at a Garden Party in the Buckingham Palace Garden held to celebrate their achievement of completing the Duke of Edinburgh's Gold Award.
